Tony Kelly graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 1990. He trained in Glasgow and then in 1997 set up in partnership in Coatbridge. Instrumental in many leading and cutting edge cases which have defined human rights law in Scotland, Tony has also been the instructing solicitor in criminal appeals.
